As the Managing Director of Hoed Research Ltd, I have spent years helping businesses across New Zealand and Australia elevate their customer experience through CX mystery shopping, compliance audits, and strategic consulting. My career has been built on listening deeply, understanding people, and translating insights into meaningful actions, skills that naturally led me to create this podcast.

I hold a degree from Massey University, where I graduated with distinction in strategic business leadership and marketing. My professional path has always been about uncovering truth, whether through customer feedback or personal stories, and using it to drive positive change.

Wisdom Wears Wrinkles is my way of honouring the voices that often go unheard. Through remote interviews conducted via Zoom or Teams, I speak with retired individuals from all walks of life, giving them space to share their wisdom, reflect on their journeys, and offer guidance to younger generations.
